As a gamekeeper in highland Perthshire, traps and snares are part of my daily routine. Since buying your step by step guide i have use many of your designs to improve upon trapping and snaring methods i already use.

As per other reviews the kit came out mega quick.
The snare kit is great and the DVD covers everything you need to know about this, sometimes missunderstood subject.
From now on snaring will be part of our pest control options.

Ordered on a Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning. Very impressive service.

Ordered a MK4 Fenn trap on Wednesday morning to replace my old one which was leant to somebody & never seen again, it arrived on Thursday morning. It should be noted that the trap was NOT posted in a potentially dangerous set position (as another retailer dispatches them) & it was a genuine British made Fenn trap licensed for use in the UK not a cheap badly made import like the same retailer referred to earlier sells (genuine ones always have "A FENN" stamped on the trigger plate if you do look at other websites scrutinise their pictures closely to make sure they are not selling unlicensed ineffective imports).
The trap has been permanently set in a tunnel, staked in place for the last 4 days & I have 9 less rats living in my garden as a result nor do I have any further signs of rodent activity.
Although baiting is unnecessary with a Fenn I have found that a little chocolate & hazelnut spread smeared on the trigger plate has been very effective as an attractant.
The only slight niggle is that the trap a a bit too well constructed after unhooking the springs on the bottom to release caught vermin it was initially a little bit fiddly to get them hooked up again as the springs are surprisingly strong but after having to do that several times in the last 4 days I have got the technique down now.

I needed some traps for the weekend as I had an 'urgent' rabbit job! Spoke to John and we decided on Fenn MKVI would be the most effective for the job in hand, had traps first post Saturday Morning, one happy 'rabbitless' customer by Monday morning ! Proper Job as they say down here in Cornwall.

Thanks John, my latest order arrived within 48hrs of clicking the mouse this end. The free advice on an improvement to my bobwire trap will save me much development and improvement time that will hopefully resolve the problems of escaping pigeons I had on a previous set up.
I will be back for more cage making bits and bobs if I can find time to get into the shed.

That is exactly what I have experienced in my dealings with you over the last couple of years. I must congratulate you John . . . you certainly have achieved that aim! The Bob wires fitted to your design have proved to be very effective as have the Larsen springs and the two cage making tool sets.

I want to say a genuine Thank You for taking the time to answer my questions and supply the correct tools to make life easier. As a result the local song bird population has increased considerably! Keep up the good work!
