Interaction with Fourteenacre has been remarkable on all conceivable fronts: outstanding communication, professionalism and customer service; effective and extremely high-quality, well-made products; freely offered, problem-specific, expert and informative advice on a broad front (special mention to John here); easily navigable website and ordering process; and, speedy packaging, delivery and tracking services.
Because John was so proactive and helpful during a phone order, my Procull was ordered on a Thursday and arrived the next morning despite being expected after the weekend; it has already fulfilled its purpose. I recommend Fourteenacre in the highest possible terms and will definitely give them my (a) future custom for related purchases, and (b) strong recommendations to all relevant contacts.

I spoke to John, and we agreed I should buy a Procull Squirrel Trap. John was very helpful and I am well pleased with the device. It arrived about 24 hours ago and in the one day since it arrived, I have already been successful with three squirrels. I am so pleased and grateful for John's help and the brilliant product.

I feel I have to write you a note to thank you for helping me buy a squirrel trap. It has been really good, I have been using it since the end of June just over a month and have been away for some time during that period (and not using the trap). I have now trapped 24 squirrels and we no longer see them every day in our garden. In fact now I am not trapping one every day, although I think they are still coming in from a nearby wooded area. The trap has been a great success, I can only say I am thrilled with it and would heartily recommend it. Thank you very much for your help.
I had an issue placing an order ( somwthing wrong with my shipping information) so i sent a message using the contact us page on the website, within 5 minutes of semding the message i had a call from a very helpful chap who resolved the issue instantly! Couldnt ask for better customer service, i recommend to everyone.
I placed the order at 8am, by 9.30am the Procull was on its way! I received it the very next day at 3.30pm. Superfast is an understatement. The Procull trap itself worked a dream the very first time, using raw peanuts mixed with peanut butter proved irresistible the very next morning, first catch. Agree with previous comments about the clear online video to setup, the instructions in the box are a bit confusing. I created a platform to add the bait on just behind the trigger. Ready for the next one. I would recommend the procull without hesitation and fourteenacre for the fantastic service. Thank you.

Ordered a squirrel trap and initially it worked well but after a few days it lost all the tension and nothing worked, i emailed the company and within minutes i received a phone call from John, he knew what the problem was straight away, sent me a personalised video of how to fix it within 10 minutes and now it works perfectly, excellent customer service from John and a good company to do business with
I ordered a ‘Fineren’ squirrel trap which came promptly and as described.
Initially we had problems attracting the squirrels to the trap, but a call to John was extremely helpful in sorting that problem out.
Once we had changed the bait (to hazelnuts and walnuts), and removed a bird feeder that was too close to the trap, we had quick success, catching 3 in a week.
The trap works really well. I would fully agree with the recommendation to purchase a separate safety clip, for added protection.
A great investment - and our garden is breathing a sigh of relief!!

My Procull Squirrel trap arrived on the 12th of June. I have to admit I found the on-line video easier to understand how to set it than the accompanying document.
Aside from that, I've caught 8 of the 'little darlings' so far.
Last few years they've devastated my sweetcorn and various berry crops from my garden. Along with chewing through various cables, etc. I hopeful that now with the trap, that's a thing of the past.
