Orders & Delivery

We aim to acknowledge all orders within 24 hours and despatch items within 2 business days. If for any reason we can’t meet that target we’ll get in touch to let you know. You’ll be able to cancel or amend your order if you need to. We can do that much more easily if you include a contact telephone number.

In most cases orders should be received well within 5 days, a little longer for mainland Europe and up to 10 days elsewhere.

Stay Legal

Please remember that it is your responsibility to stay within the law when using any item you purchase from us. Before purchasing any item we strongly recommend that you take a little time to understand the law governing its use in the locations that you plan to use it. If you need advice please ask.

Returns

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order please get in touch. The sooner you can do this the better and you must contact us within 14 days of receipt.

If we can’t resolve your problem for you, we’ll ask you to return your unused purchases to us.

We will refund your purchase once we receive the goods back. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items unless it is faulty or not what you ordered.

Customer Information

We don’t share details about our customers with anyone else.

Any photographs or comments featured on the website or promotional material are only used with the permission of the people that sent them in to us.

Any financial information that we receive, such as credit card details, are shredded once they’ve been processed.
